This is a painting of the spectacular Fairy pools in the Isle of Skye at Scotland which embody a sense of magic in their unbelievably blue waters. In this stunning landscape, the beautiful crystal clear waters, the white rocks above the water, the floating surfboard and especially the moss- covered stones underneath the turquoise waters, all of these looked like an impossible challenge for me to paint. But I am happy that I could do it quite successfully.
